In his 'Cyborg Bill of Rights', Rich MacKinnon attempts to raise awareness about the challenges that our society awaits when exploring ways in which to enhance human capability. He is the founder of Borgfest - a pride festival for cyborgs and an expo for human augmentation, enhancement, body modification, and wearable technology. Rich will tell us what it means to be a cyborg and what social implications it entails. The 'Cyborg Bill of Rights' provides us with a social construction to help us cross new frontiers while preventing unnecessary conflicts and while protecting human vulnerability.
